Q. Do you offer free shipping?
A. We offer free shipping for orders over $50

Q. When will l receive my order?
A. Delivery times depend on your location, however we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. If at any time you have concerns regarding your order, please contact us at care@puredogsco.com

Q. Can I ship my order to another address at checkout or must I first update my profile?
A. Yes, you can create a "ship-to" address at the checkout page. You do not have to add a "ship to" address to your profile first.

Q. Does PURE DOGS CO ship to Post Office boxes?
A. Yes, our shipping carrier is able to deliver to post office boxes.

Q. Will I receive a notice each time before an auto-ship order is shipped?
Yes, you will receive an automatic email that notifies you that your auto-ship order is getting ready to be dispatched. Please make sure that your payment and address information is current on your auto-ship orders to avoid any delays.
